DeckVisionAI is operated by a solo developer based in Serbia. We take your privacy seriously and collect only what is necessary to provide the service. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
2. What We Collect
When you use DeckVisionAI, we may collect:
- Account information: Name, email address, and Google account details when you sign in via Supabase Auth
- Payment information: Billing details processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your credit card numbers directly.
- Usage data: IP addresses for rate limiting (tracked via Upstash Redis), and basic analytics like page views
3. What We Don't Store
This is important — your project data stays on your device:
- Photos are sent to the AI model (Replicate) to generate your render and are discarded immediately after. We do not store your photos on any server.
- Proposals are generated entirely in your browser using client-side PDF generation. No proposal data is sent to or stored on our servers.
- Renders are returned to your browser and not stored on our end. When you close the tab, they are gone.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate DeckVisionAI. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Supabase — Authentication and database
- Lemon Squeezy — Payment processing and subscription management
- Replicate — AI image generation (your photos are sent here temporarily to generate renders)
- Vercel — Web hosting and deployment
- Upstash Redis — Rate limiting and usage tracking
5. Cookies & Session Data
We use cookies and local storage for authentication sessions (keeping you signed in) and basic functionality. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. Session data is stored in your browser and can be cleared at any time by logging out or clearing your browser data.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Delete your data: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Export your data: Request an export of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent: Stop using the service at any time and request data deletion

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication via Supabase, and PCI-compliant payment processing via Lemon Squeezy. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
