The Starter tier is completely free and includes 3 AI renders. No payment information is required, so there are no refund implications. You can use the free tier without any financial commitment.
Pro Subscription — Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Here's how cancellation works:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain full Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for
- After your subscription ends, your account will revert to the free Starter tier
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
Pro Subscription — Refunds
Because DeckVisionAI provides immediate access to AI render credits upon payment:
- We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of a billing period
- If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of the period but will not receive a prorated refund
If you believe you were charged in error or experience a significant service issue, please contact us and we will review your case individually. We want to be fair.
How to Cancel or Request a Refund
You have two options:
- Self-service: Cancel directly from your account settings — your subscription will end at the close of the current billing period
- Contact us: Reach out on Twitter @jovandevelops for refund requests or if you need help with cancellation
