DeckVisionAI is a web application that helps deck builders and contractors create photorealistic AI renders of proposed deck projects and generate branded PDF proposals. Users upload a photo of a client's backyard, describe the deck they want to build, and receive an AI-generated visualization along with a downloadable proposal document.
By accessing or using DeckVisionAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You may sign up using Google authentication via Supabase. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
DeckVisionAI offers a free Starter tier (3 renders total) and a paid Pro tier ($49/month). Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing to the Pro tier, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You own the renders and proposals you create using DeckVisionAI. The photos you upload remain your property. We do not claim any ownership over your content. The DeckVisionAI brand, website design, and underlying software remain the intellectual property of the service operator.
AI-generated renders are for presentation and visualization purposes only. They are not engineering drawings, construction plans, or structural designs. Do not use renders as a basis for building permits, structural calculations, or any construction decisions.
DeckVisionAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to inaccurate renders, service downtime, or reliance on generated content for construction purposes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the past 12 months.
You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved in the courts of Serbia.
